Miriam Karell, Founder
I believe that in order to achieve alignment in your organization, it must come from a cultivation of internal power. This has been my journey over the past 10 years and what I have helped small-medium business leaders, entrepreneurs and students understand. I am an environmental engineer, a sustainability strategist and an alignment facilitator; a unique coalescence of skills to support my clients in their growth, organization and management.
I spent the first part of my career designing water and remediation systems, writing air permits and analyzing technical data in Peace Corps Honduras and San Francisco. By listening to my own internal power, I embarked on a Masters in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden. When I returned to the US in 2006, I founded Three Point Vision to assist progressive leaders in authentically communicating and strategically designing their businesses. I have now worked with over 50 organizations as well as organized and facilitated workshops for ‘Change Champions’ in the US and Mexico. I have spoken at various conferences, authored the Strategy and Vision chapter in The Idiot’s Guide to Greening Your Business and was featured in an article in ‘Entrepreneur’ Magazine. In addition to my client work, I teach ‘Sustainability Leadership’ at UC Berkeley Extension.
